The Independent Repair Facility warrants that all repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of the original repair and odometer reading. This warranty applies only if the vehicle is used normally and receives proper maintenance. Warranty repair costs will not exceed the cost of the original repair. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the facility may choose to re-perform the service, replace the defective part(s), or refund the repair cost. If you are within 25 miles of the original NAPA AutoCare location, you must return there with your repair order for warranty service; if more than 25 miles away and the vehicle is inoperable, you may qualify for towing or rental car benefits as determined by the Warranty Administrator.
